We are confident that you will be extremely happy with any tree or wreath purchased from Christmas Farms. However, if for some reason there is any kind of problem, we will give you the option of having a replacement product sent to you at no charge, or a complete refund. Reach us at 1-877-614-7180.
Christmas Farms transactions are protected using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection. In other words, we have taken the necessary steps to allow you to shop with confidence and know that your purchases are secure.
All of our trees are grown on our farm in southwest Michigan or on our partner farm. This is the only way we can ensure the highest quality trees and wreaths, while allowing us to offer them at a price which is typically much lower than our competitors. Additionally, it allows us to ensure you receive the freshest and healthiest tree possible.
We will gladly arrange for delivery of your purchase to any home or business address. We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.
All deliveries are provided using standard ground delivery via UPS. If quicker delivery is required, UPS 2nd day air delivery is available at a reasonable cost. Please contact us for pricing information by calling 1-877-614-7180.
Christmas Farms has selected UPS to be the exclusive provider of home delivery service for our products. Your selection will be delivered to the home or business address of your choice. Wreaths will be carefully packaged in a container slightly larger than the wreath. Trees will be mechanically shaken to remove any loose needles, and will then be wrapped to protect the branches and reduce shipping size. Simply remove the tree from the packaging, and it will spring back to the original shape within several hours.
